Delivery

We have many delivery options available at checkout including a free standard delivery option for all orders over £20. The cut-off time for same day dispatch on orders is 2:00pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) Free over £20  

Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day) must order before 2:00pm

DPD (Next Working Day) must order before 11:00am 

We may send items tracked and signed above £30 or under if it is a unique item such as a card bundle or large order.

Pre-orders & Delivery

Orders placed that contain pre-orders and in-stock items will be posted at the date of the release of the pre-order.

If you do not want to wait for the pre-order item release date, please order your pre-order items separately to in stock items. 

Refund & Return Policy

Returns

  • Our policy lasts for 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (5-7 working days).
  • Next, please contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@314gamestore.co.uk and send your item to The 314 Game Store, 4 Fairways Ave Preston, PR35JP.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to The 314 Game Store, 4 Fairways Preston, PR3 5JP

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
